I consider Multnomah to be the "Disneyland" of waterfalls. Just a half an hour outside of Portland, it's small parking lot is filled with tour buses and cars with license plates from all corners of the U.S. and Canada. Part of the reason is that this majestic falls is just feet off the road, so even the least athletic can see it. There's a gift shop and snack bar, and lots of places to hike so there are innumerable people. You've almost certainly seen pictures of it before. It's popularity creates a serious challenge to the photographer: how do you find a new, interesting aspect that will interest you, much less others. I don't know about you but I'm extremely happy with this shot, which focuses in (pardon the pun) on just a small section of the towering landmark.
